Energy Medicine works directly with the Luminous Energy Field (LEF), an invisible medium that surrounds and informs our physical, mental/emotional, soul and energetic world. The LEF contains a blueprint of our health, and encodes how we live, how we age, how we heal and how we might die. Unlike a physical blueprint, which is separate and remains unchanging, our luminous blueprint is continuously informed by both positive and negative incidents we experience during our lives.

In the Decoupling Process we disengage the fight, flight, freeze system, which is the body’s response to fear. Decoupling informs the adrenals to stop sending adrenaline into the bloodstream, reducing the production of the stress hormone, Cortisol, which creates inflammation and imbalance in the body as well as harm to brain cells. Decoupling resets the entire system allowing you to move into a state where you safe, rested, calm.

In the Illumination Process we work together to identify and release negative imprints in the LEF to change and repair the blueprint.

Our homes and land have a life force, as does each tree, rock, and creature that lives on the planet. In traditional Shamanic cultures, homes were built with meticulous care and attention to every material used. Each stone and every tree cut for wood was revered and honored. Songs were sung, and blessings were bestowed upon the structure as it was meticulously erected, filling it with abundant positive energy.

However, in the present day, homes are constructed hastily and inexpensively, lacking any gratitude for the materials they are made from or recognition of the inherent life force within the home or the land it occupies. Trees are cut down without any reverence. Plants are callously uprooted, causing grave disturbance and an imbalance in the land's essence, peace, and equilibrium. Moreover, the land itself can bear the scars of past traumas, having been the site of conflict and violence. And there is hope.
